Twisted Monkey Events was launched in 2007 as a stand alone business, following over 15 years of party and promotions organising within the entertainment sector.

It is our objective at Twisted Monkey Events to provide our clients with an unrivalled cost effective memorable service be it a relatively intimate function for 50 guests to a corporate fun day for 5,000.

Best of all our service is totally free ! You are probably asking the question how can we provide all meetings, ideas, presentations, proposals and event management at no cost to you. Well, we earn our income by negotiating special rates from our vast range of suppliers some of whom we work with many times during the course of a year.

So we will meet to discuss your event, find out your requirements and what you are looking to achieve with your event we will then go away involve our team and produce 2 proposals for further consideration and discussion.

Once we are all totally happy with the concept and all budget matters we will draw up contracts for all the required suppliers and over a period of time put the event together in its entirety. Meeting with you as and when needed. On the day of the event we will manage the entire day coordinating every aspect of the function.We know we will save you an incredible amount of time and are confident we will save you a significant amount of money whilst delivering a memorable event that exceeds all your expectations.

How Does Twisted Monkey Work

As mentioned throughout our website the work Twisted Monkey does for you is free of charge so lets give an example of costs by using a specimen party for 100 guests the brief being to provide good traditional food followed by entertainment.

So here we have the example of a party for 100 which features a 3 course dinner followed by the opening of a chocolate fountain which remains open for around 3 hours, The casino tables open for 2 hours or so and we then welcome a live band on stage which is followed by a quality disco with music of your choice. At the end of the evening we have organised 2 coaches to take guests home.

This is an example of our open invoice policy which shows through using suppliers from our approved database this function will earn Twisted Monkey a gross profit of £525.

This fee covers all our preliminary meetings, agreeing concepts, agreeing budgets, raising booking contracts with various suppliers, keeping you informed on an agreed basis as to progress with the function and of course a Twisted Monkey Event Manager will be on hand on site before and during the function to make sure all runs to plan.

Terms & Conditions

After our second meeting or when a concept has been agreed we will issue a contract for you to sign and return together with a 10% deposit which will be deducted from the final invoice total. The balance outstanding for the event is due 30 days prior to the function. Twisted Monkey will provide the invoice for the event and in turn pay all suppliers.

Our open invoice policy means we furnish you with copy invoices of all suppliers but you will for your convenience only need to pay the one invoice.

So your event will be planned by professionals run and staffed by experts at costs you will find hard to believe.
